About Images to PDF

Images to PDF makes one PDF from photos, scans and screenshots, one image per page. On a phone or tablet you can take the photos with the camera directly, which is the quickest way to turn paper receipts or a signed form into a single file.

Use it to convert JPG to PDF, turn PNG or phone photos into a PDF, combine several images into one PDF, or scan receipts with your camera.

How to use it

  1. Add images, or take photos with your camera on a mobile device.
  2. Drag them into the right order.
  3. Choose the Page size: Follow each image, A4 or Letter, and the Orientation and Margin.
  4. Press Make PDF and download it.

Good to know

  • JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF and BMP images are supported. HEIC photos from iPhones cannot be read by browsers; set the camera to Most Compatible, or share the photo as JPEG first.
  • Photos are turned the right way up using their orientation information.
  • Animated GIFs use their first frame.

Questions and answers

Can I convert iPhone photos to PDF?

Yes, as long as they are JPEG. If your iPhone saves HEIC, choose Settings › Camera › Formats › Most Compatible, or share the photos as JPEG.

Are my images compressed?

JPEG images are placed in the PDF as they are, without being re-compressed, so their quality is unchanged.

Can each image get its own page size?

Yes. With Follow each image, every page matches the size and shape of its picture.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The PDF is built in your browser, which matters for receipts, IDs and other personal photos.
