About Delete pages

Delete pages removes the ones you do not want: the blank page a scanner added, an outdated appendix, a cover sheet. You see every page as a thumbnail, so you can check before anything is removed.

Use it to remove pages from a PDF, delete blank pages from a scan, or cut unwanted pages before sharing.

How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF. Each page appears as a thumbnail.
  2. Remove a page with the button on its thumbnail, or select several pages and remove them together.
  3. Press Delete pages and download the new PDF.

Good to know

  • Bookmarks, links and form fields on the remaining pages are kept.
  • A password-protected file stays protected after pages are removed.

Questions and answers

Can I undo deleting a page?

Your original file is never changed. If you removed the wrong page, open the original again and start over.

How do I remove blank pages from a scan?

Look through the thumbnails, select the empty pages and remove them. Blank pages are easy to spot at thumbnail size.

Will deleting pages break the bookmarks?

Bookmarks that point to pages you keep still work.
